The 9060 is a new lifestyle sneaker from New Balance, inspired by the brands celebrated 99x series and its rich running heritage. A nod to tech-led aesthetics of the early 2000s, the silhouettes retro-futuristic design incorporates elements from past NB models, including sway bars taken from the 990, here expanded and implemented throughout the upper to give a sense of visible motion. Wavy lines and scaled-up proportions then draw attention to the sculpted, pod misole, which is outfitted with the brands familiar ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms to deliver optimal comfort.
